Children

The following rates are applicable with regard to children who share a room with their parents:
Aged 6 Years and Under: No Charge
(Travel cots can be supplied with advance notice, at a cost of £15.00)
Aged 7-14 years: £20.00
(Includes portable bed and Full English Breakfast)

Payment

The Cley Hall Hotel accepts all major debit and credit cards, including American Express.
We do not accept Diners Card and regret we can no longer accept cheque payment.

Arrival Departure

Bedrooms are available to guests on the day of arrival from 2.00pm onwards. Guests are required to vacate their bedrooms by 11.00am on the day of their departure. Late checkouts are strictly on a prior request basis only; though we will try and accommodate guests in such instances a late checkout may incur an additional charge.

Pets

Pets are welcome in rooms 5, 14, 15 and 16. Please note that there is a charge of £10.00 per pet, per night.

Reservations

Reservations must be confirmed with current & valid debit/credit card details. A company reservation must be accompanied by a confirmation letter, email or fax.

Cancellation Policy

Where a booking is cancelled, the hotel reserves its legal right to levy a cancellation charge if the allocated room remains un-sold:-
Charge if notice period is at least 7 days prior to your arrival date: No Charge
Charge if notice period is less than 48 hours prior to your arrival date: Full quoted rate
Charge if guest(s) are a no-show on day of arrival: Full quoted rate
